Support of SIP and H.323
MERA IP Centrex supports SIP and H.323 protocols and provides on-the fly transcoding. Support of SIP and H.323 on the kernel level enables protocol translation without throughput deterioration. Support of the SIP signaling standard enables interconnection with end-points while support of H.323 provides seamless interconnection with carrier networks.
Switch partitioning capabilities
Partitioning capabilities enable MERA IP Centrex operator to create multi-layer switch partitions and let these sub-domains to sub-providers.
Support of RADIUS AAA
Full support of RADIUS AAA allows MERA IP Centrex owner to use third-party billing systems.

The network based on MERA IP Centrex (Hosted IP PBX) allows two possible architecture types:
1. The switching equipment is deployed at the Service provider’s side
2. Part of the switching equipment is deployed at the customer premises to minimize internet traffic expenses
Web-interface control
MERA IP Centrex is easy to set up via an intuitive user-friendly web interface, which enables controlling basic settings of the system, configuring call forward and routing rules, setting an e-mail address for voice messages and adding new users to the system.
Apart from administrator interface, MERA IP Centrex provides a user interface to enable service providers partially assign administration rights to the client's personnel.
