FABA currently serves over 20 international and local carriers and service providers and handles over 1,200,000 minutes of daily VoIP traffic. With the deployment of MERA's MVTS, FABA Communications has obtained a compact yet powerful network management tool that will provide for seamless interworking with partner carriers. Able to behave as a common registering endpoint, a gatekeeper or a gateway with respect to partner networks, the MERA session controller will deliver an always-ready connectivity with any VoIP network regardless of its topology. The MVTS's advanced call routing mechanism allows for dynamic switching between available route options for the best ASR (average success rate). Thus, the selection of best-rate routes from a number offered by carriers operating the same destination is made possible.
