ISA's Billing Systems will now support the MERA Calling Card Platform (MCCP) and MERA VoIP Transit Softswitch (MVTS) to provide Pre-paid Billing solutions and guarantee an efficient and secure traffic management capability. When combined with ISA's Billing System, both organizations can provide their customers with a simple and cost-effective approach to pre-paid solutions.
