MERA Calling Card Platform is the right solution for prepaid card IP Telephony Providers

MERA Systems is pleased to present its new solution - MERA Calling Card Platform. MCCP comes as a fruit of MERA's conceptual cooperation with the Russian VoIP affiliate of Samsung Electronics and the biggest domestic carrier RINOTELECOM (the Rinotel net).

MCCP provides a focal component of a calling card system for the IP-telephony and features interactive voice response (IVR) and remote authorization (RADIUS) functions.

MCCP makes it possible for a VoIP service provider to deploy calling card telephony facilities built around small-port gateways in the shortest possible time and at minimum cost. The service can be extended both to corporate clients that have VoIP-equipment of their own and the individuals who use traditional and IP-phones. The solution can accommodate any number of VoIP-gateways and IP-phones. The voice menu configurable according to the requirements of an IPT service provider is an important advantage of our solution.

MCCP can be best employed together with MERA VoIP Transit Softswitch (MVTS). Such integration permits a provider to combine VoIP calling card business with effective control over the VoIP traffic.
